Review: All I Want by Tamara Lush (Paradise Beach #2)

Note: An advanced reader copy (ARC) was provided by the author via Give Me Books Promotions.

Someone hand me the map to Paradise Beach because it sure as heck sounds like the perfect place to spend some time at. Tamara Lush's series--yes, it's called Paradise Beach--got off to a fabulous start with All I Know, so expectations were high, and I'm happy to say that those expectations were met with the second book, All I Want.

Lauren Spencer doesn't get how her best friend can up and get married after what feels like a second after meeting her groom-to-be. She may have agreed to be the maid of honor, but she also intends to make sure her bestie isn't make a mistake and if it means stopping the wedding, then so be it. Finding the groom's brother--his very naked brother--in her room may not have been one of the listed perks at the hotel but eye candy like Max Hastings definitely wins out over chocolate bon-bons any day. Neither of them is in the market for a relationship, but a weekend-long fling sounds like something right up their alley. But when Lauren's stay is extended due to an unfortunate turn of events and Max steps in to take care of her, could it be the start of something more for them?

I love it when books in a series either get progressively better or maintain high standards going into each new addition. Lauren and Max's story has the sweet and the spicy parts down pat, and it was such a much-needed read for me while resting in bed due to a bruised hip. The fact that Tamara Lush's writing has remained as stellar as it has since I first started reading her books is a testament to her talent. All I Want turned out to be a five-star read. ♥
