Review: Dare Me by Brooke Blaine & Ella Frank (Dare to Try #2)

Note: An advanced reader copy (ARC) was provided by the authors.

Ooh, things are getting hotter now that we've moved from the Windy City, aka Chicago, to sultry South Haven! Dare Me is the second book in the Dare to Try trilogy from the writing team of Brooke Blaine and Ella Frank, and it picks up soon after the events in the series starter, Dare You. Naturally, that basically means that you will need to read this series in order. So, if you've yet to read the first book, fair warning that I may mention something in this review that could (or not) turn out to be a spoiler regarding book one.

If anyone had any doubts if Brooke Blaine and Ella Frank could make things get any hotter for our main characters, well, may I suggest that you read this book (heck, the one before it, and I'm guessing, the one that'll come after this) in a cool environment just in case you get over-heated. Kieran Bailey is on Sebastian Vogel's turf this go-around, and while yes, they remain as hot as ever when they're together, their was more romance and intimacy. The relationship between Keiran and Bash continues to evolve into something more than either of them may have anticipated, but compared to before, they're entering into it with awareness and acknowledgement. Change is in the air! What could Blaine and Frank have in store for Bash and Keiran in book three?! Gah! Five stars for Dare Me.
