Review: Baby, It's You by Ryleigh Andrews (Stars on Fire #3.5)

Note: This ARC was provided by Sassy Savvy Fabulous PR in exchange for an honest review.

Baby, It's You is a holiday novella in the Stars on Fire series that was originally published alongside several other short stories in the multi-authored Hot for the Holidays anthology released in November of last year. This novella features Ethan and Mia Christopher, whose story was told over the three books in the standalone series Never Over You--Bring Me You, Still Into You, and Never Over You--and are happily married, parents to twins, and are awaiting the birth of their third child. It's also about the remaining members of Last Star, Todd, Clark, and Marty, and the women that become part of their lives. I do recommend that you read the first three novels in the series before you begin reading this short story.

Last Star is gathered together to record holiday songs and a snow storm forces them to stay in Ethan and Mia's home. This gives each member an opportunity to reminisce and reflect on where they are in their lives and what brings meaning to it. Mia is close to giving birth but fate appears to want to punch that fast forward button, pushing everyone else to get moving. Faced with a life and death dilemma, everyone is left gasping for breath, unsure of where they'll end up should one of them not make it. Short but sweet with a hint of steam, alongside the drama and humor, Baby, It's You is a four-star must for Mia and Ethan fans. ♥
